Please Be Aware of our Cancelation Policy: Tan Wolf employs a strict cancelation policy out of courtesy to all clients and employees:
- Appointments canceled under 12 hours of appointment time will be charged $20.
- A ‘no show’ (without communication via phone call or text message) will result in a $39 fee, or the minimum value of a spray tan appointment slot.
- To cancel appointments prior to the 12 hr window, you may visit your account and view ‘schedule’ at tanwolf.com
By booking an appointment with Tan Wolf, it is understood that it is the client’s responsibility to prepare for the spray tan and failure to do so may result in less than satisfactory results. It is understood that if client were not to comply with the recommended guidelines during the spray tan session or follow proper aftercare, the tan may not have optimal, or long lasting results.
Tan Wolf does not provide refunds, as we believe 100% in our product and service.
