BE SURE TO CONSIDER OUR CARE INFORMATION AND FAQs UPON BOOKING YOUR SPRAY TAN APPOINTMENT. We recommend coming in 2 days or around 48 hours before an event. A trial tan a couple weeks+ before is highly recommended.

It's not personal it's business. By booking with us, you agree to the following cancel policy: For both members and non-members, appointments canceled under 12 hours will incur a $20 late cancel fee. No call no show appointments will incur a $48 fee. No exceptions. EACH appointment will be accounted for, including booking multiple appointments. Thank you for your courtesy of our business, employees and other clients!To cancel appointments prior to the 12 hr window, you may visit your account and view ‘schedule’ at tanwolf.com.

By booking an appointment with Tan Wolf, it is understood that it is the client’s responsibility to prepare for the spray tan and failure to do so may result in less than satisfactory results. It is understood that if the client were to not comply with the recommended guidelines during the spray tan session or follow proper before or aftercare, the tan may not have optimal or long lasting results. Tan Wolf does not provide refunds, as we believe 100% in our product and service.
