We recommend doing one spray tan at least ten days before the ‘big day spray tan.’ Please review FAQ portion of the website before booking. Please Be Aware of our Cancelation Policy: Tan Wolf employs a cancelation policy out of courtesy to all clients and employees with no exceptions:Appointments canceled under 12 hours of appointment time will be charged $20. A ‘no show’ - without communication via phone call or text message - will result in a $48 fee, or the minimum value of a spray tan appointment slot.Booking multiple appointments in a day will hold accountability for EACH individual appointment per the cancel policy. Parties canceled under 12 hours will be charged in full.To cancel appointments prior to the 12 hr window, you may visit your account and view ‘schedule’ at tanwolf.com. By booking an appointment with Tan Wolf, it is understood that it is the client’s responsibility to prepare for the spray tan and failure to do so may result in less than satisfactory results. It is understood that if the client were to not comply with the recommended guidelines during the spray tan session or follow proper aftercare, the tan may not have optimal or long lasting results. Tan Wolf does not provide refunds, as we believe 100% in our product and service.
